Balance recorded audio#

Microphone and system audio are separate tracks when both were captured. Select a track to change its level or mute it.

Listen through speakers or headphones before export. The meter alone cannot tell you whether speech is clear.

Improve speech#

Use the available voice and audio tools to reduce unwanted sound and improve consistency. Compare the result with the original before keeping a strong setting.

Add music#

Choose a music track or import a supported audio file. Place it on the timeline and lower it under speech.

Trim the music to the project length. Check the beginning and end for abrupt cuts.
