Account, trial, and billing
Understand sign-in, the 14-day trial, Stripe billing, and refunds.
Your account
Sign in with Apple or Google to keep your Saryu access linked to your account. Account and license records are stored with Convex.
Your recordings and project files are not part of account sync. They stay in the folders you choose on your Mac.
Trial limits
The free trial lasts 14 days. You can make up to 10 watermarked exports during the trial, with no card required to begin.
The trial ends when either limit is reached. Editing stays available so you can review your work before choosing a plan.
Billing and refunds
Saryu payments use Stripe, not App Store billing. New customers can purchase one Early Access plan for $24.99 per year. See the pricing page for the current offer and its cloud-use boundary.
The founding rate stays $24.99 per year for the core app while the subscription remains active. Future usage-based AI may use a separate plan.
Existing monthly, annual, and lifetime purchases keep the access promised when they were bought.
Use the same account in the Mac app after checkout. For a refund or private billing question, email hello@saryu.app from the address on your account.
