Backgrounds and layouts

Choose a background#

Select the canvas or background controls. Pick a solid color, gradient, wallpaper, or supported custom image.

Adjust padding, corner radius, and shadow to separate the capture from the canvas.

Apply a layout#

Layouts arrange the screen and camera into a ready-made frame. Choose one that fits the story before fine tuning each layer.

Changing a layout updates the main arrangement. You can still adjust the available controls after it is applied.

Set the canvas shape#

Choose an aspect ratio for the destination. Wide, square, and vertical projects keep the same source media but frame it differently.

Check text, captions, and the camera after the shape changes. Move anything that is too close to an edge.
